Woohoo, I slept

I went to bed at 10 last night and slept straight through to 7 this morning 🙂 that’s the first good night sleep I’ve had in a while. That kind of points to the alcohol being the culprit in my bad sleep lately :/ I need to watch that. I don’t feel like I’ve been drinking excessively, but hubby and I have been going out for a beer nearly every night before bed.
